Microair Avionics is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Support & Office Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support while also assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business. For over 25 years, Microair Avionics has been a leading manufacturer of radios and transponders for sports, general and unmanned aviation. Its sister company, Intelligent Transport Systems, designs and manufactures specialist environmental monitoring equipment used extensively across Queensland for road river crossing flood monitoring. 

Position: Customer Support & Office Admin

Location: Banyo, QLD

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly and professional front to our business by managing incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, raising and actioning support tickets to closure in a timely manner.
• Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support to customers.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently through the system.
• Manage inventory movements including receipting and dispatch to ensure timely and accurate inventory records, with an accurate and tidy store.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including external cleaners to maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
• Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and recording expenses where required.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
