EAA AirVenture, OSKHOSH, WI – July 23, 2025 – Microair Avionics is pleased to announce a new integration partnership with U.S. based Trio Avionics, enabling full compatibility between Trio’s industry-proven Pro Pilot Autopilot system and Microair’s modular T3000 skySuite avionics system.
This collaboration delivers advanced autopilot functionality to Light Sport and Experimental aircraft, combining the reliability of Trio’s Pro Pilot with the intuitive and adaptable design of the T3000 system.Pilots will benefit from an integration of autopilot features including:
• Full mode control from within the T3000 systems
• Altitude hold, with vertical speed and airspeed capture modes all set directly on the respective instrument
• Heading, VOR, ILS and GPS lateral guidance all managed from the T3000 system
Plus, all the market proven features of the ProPilot including:
• Envelope protection and level flight recovery
• Autotrim, Auto 180, Recover mode, Envelope Protection, and track offset
• Intelligent servos with automatic take-off disconnect
The integration offers a significant advantage for the LSA and Experimental community by providing enhanced integration to deliver improved flight safety through a more seamless cockpit experience – all within a lightweight, retrofit-friendly package, fully integrated within the T3000 skySuite. It enables aircraft owners to expand their avionics capabilities without compromising on space, weight, or budget.
